Protecting the privacy of Online-Shop.com.my members and visitors is very important to us. Online-Shop.com.my WILL NOT sell or rent your information to ANY third party. Additionally, any information that you may provide to Online-Shop.com.my is stored in our secure database and is only accessible to authorized Online-Shop.com.my employees.

The privacy policies defined in this statement apply to the services and information exchanged in association with Online-Shop.com.my. By visiting or becoming a member of this website you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions defined in this statement. All Online-Shop.com.my members agree to be bound by these terms upon the approval of their   Online-Shop.com.my member application.

1. Concerning Children.

2. Information Collected by Online-Shop.com.my

3. Disclosure of Your Personal Information.

Your personal information WILL NOT be sold or rented to ANY third party, and will be available to only some Online-Shop.com.my employees. You understand that your Handle and your name may become associated depending upon what information you make public on the site. By accepting this Privacy Policy and related User Agreement, you agree that any associations made between your name and your Handle in the public domain portions of this site are your responsibility. You also understand that third parties may attempt to collect your email address and/or other personal information illegally.

There may be uniquely separate third party services available on, through, or in relation to The Online-Shop.com.my website. If you choose to submit personal, financial, or other information to these third parties, you agree that transaction (and any further transactions) will be governed by the outside party's applicable Privacy Policy and/or User Agreement.

4. Your Responsibilities in Regards to Other's Information.

You agree and accept that as a member or visitor to The Online-Shop.com.my site, other members' personal or other information may be made available to you in order to complete a transaction or as a result of you using another Online-Shop.com.my service. You agree and accept that you are responsible for keeping that personal or other information confidential and you pledge to not misuse, abuse, sell, or otherwise disclose said personal or other information to any third party of any kind. You also agree and accept that any spamming, advertising, or other marketing behavior that you engage in using other Online-Shop.com.my members' personal or other information will result in the immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. Password.

You agree and accept that you are responsible for your Online-Shop.com.my handle and password. You agree and accept that all transactions associated with your handle and password are your responsibility and that you are subject to any legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

6. Updating Personal, Financial, or Other Information.

By accepting this Privacy Policy and User Agreement, you agree to keep your personal, financial, and other information about you on The Online-Shop.com.my site up to date within 2 weeks of any change to said information. You pledge to update your information as quickly and as often as possible to ensure the proper functioning of The Online-Shop.com.my services and member communications.

You may cancel your account at any time via a written e-mail or letter communication only. You understand and accept that some or all of your personal, financial, or other information may be retained in our private records indefinitely. You also agree that you are responsible for any membership, service, or any other type of fee incurred on your account up to and including the day your cancellation notice is received.

7. Amendments.

You understand and accept that this Privacy Policy and the related User Agreement may change and/or be amended at any time subsequent to your acceptance of said policies and agreements. You agree to be bound by subsequent amendments unless you submit a written notification terminating your Online-Shop.com.my membership.
